  • Yoga

    Yoga instruction is offered as a 1-1 private practice, small group (up to 3 people) classes, and community/public group classes and workshops. Private sessions are tailored to meet your specific goals and needs, and remove any fears or potential pressure of “performing” during a group class. Small group classes (up to 3) is a great way to have a more private and personalized experience, while sharing the cost with a few close friends. Group classes and retreat/workshop information will be listed on the Events page (coming soon). Join the newsletter to be notified first!

    Classes are also available via Zoom.

  • Meditation

    Guided meditation, yoga nidra, and other meditative practices are perfect for recharging the mind and calming the nervous system. This leads to a better ability to cope with anxious thoughts and feelings and to regulate our physical responses to stress. Sessions can be offered in private or group sessions either online or in person. Everyone can benefit from some form of meditation. Schedule a consult to see what’s right for you.

    Sessions are available live (in person or via Zoom) with pre-recorded options available on YouTube to listen on your own time.

  • Reiki & Energy Healing

    Reiki, which means "Universal Life Force Energy" is a natural and safe healing practice that promotes a sense of inner peace, deep relaxation, and balanced well-being. This gentle practice, which originated in Japan, treats the whole person including body, mind, emotions, and spirit. Benefits from these sessions can include a calming of the nervous system, enhancing the immune system, mental clarity, reducing physical symptoms such as chronic pain, and finding balance in our emotions.

    Sessions can be done in office (Crofton, MD), or in the clients home. Hospice sessions are offered at no charge. Please use the contact page to discuss this.

  • Massage & Body Work

    Massage therapy benefits the physical body as well as the mind. From reducing stress to increasing mobility, reducing pain to increasing focus, massage therapy can be helpful for many different issues.
